Built by Gr8r for its own portfolio. Not client work. Everything in this post comes from two sheets: a dated build log and the live list on our products page, checked on 25 Oct 2026.
What does the build log actually record?
Each row has a date, a name, a sector, a type and a link. That is all. It does not record hours, team size, revenue or users, because these are portfolio builds, not businesses. So this post sticks to what the sheet can show: pace, sectors and types.
There are two sheets. The dated log runs from 23 September to 19 October 2026. The live products page lists the products Gr8r built itself. That is more than the dated log, with no dates and broader categories. Where they differ, we say so.
How fast did the builds ship?
The pace picked up fast. The busiest stretch was the week of 28 September to 4 October. The two weeks after it stayed busy. On several days two builds went up the same day, and on 19 October there were three: an asset marketplace, an AI assistant website and a data visualisation tool.
What the sheet cannot tell you is how. One build a day is not one team building from scratch every morning.
Which sectors did the builds cover?
Healthcare came up more than any other field. The dated log has hospital management, mental health, healthcare referral coordination, medical claims operations, healthcare operations and healthcare staffing and capacity.
The next cluster is back office operations, the kind of work that runs on spreadsheets and email today: procurement and invoice approvals, logistics exception management, transport operations, freight planning, inventory and replenishment, supplier onboarding and renewals, financial close, field service operations and renewal management.
Around those sit AI agent products, data visualisation tools, a learning site, an agency website, an e commerce store, a clipboard app and a sticker maker filed as a fun product.
What kinds of product were they?
In the dated log, more than half are SaaS tools. About a quarter are web apps, and about a sixth are websites.
The live products page groups builds differently: SaaS is again the largest group, followed by AI, websites, tools, design, automation and experiments. One product there is coming in 2027.
Which builds can you open today?
Some builds have public pages. Others sit behind a login, and we do not link those. A few you can open now:
- Clinara, hospital management, SaaS. Built by Gr8r for its own portfolio. Not client work.
- Avelis, healthcare referral coordination, SaaS. Built by Gr8r for its own portfolio. Not client work.
- Aurora, AI agent, web app. Built by Gr8r for its own portfolio. Not client work.
- Isoform, asset marketplace, web app. Built by Gr8r for its own portfolio. Not client work.
The rest are on the products page. For a closer look at five of them, see MVP examples: five first versions we built.
What does this mean if you are hiring a partner?
Ask any partner the question this post tries to answer about ourselves: what have you shipped lately that I can open? Live screens tell you more than a case study PDF. Our guide on how to hire an AI engineering partner lists the other questions worth asking.
If you want a first version built, see MVP development or talk to us.

What are Gr8r's in house builds?
Products Gr8r designed and built for its own portfolio, not for clients. They span healthcare, operations, AI agents, data tools and websites, and the public ones are listed on the Gr8r products page.
Are the in house builds client work?
No. Every build in this post was built by Gr8r for its own portfolio. None of it is client work, and the public pages use fictional or sample data.
