We framed the brief around two questions: what should a rep do next, and what does a manager need to trust the pipeline?

    A seller running several marketplaces watches sales, stock, inbound shipments, ads and margins, usually in separate tools. Stockouts, delays and margin changes are easy to miss until they cost money. The product had to show what needs attention first, and explain why.

    LedgerOS: AI agents run the routine finance work, people make the calls.

    A finance team chases late invoices, codes card spend, approves vendor payments and watches cash, often in separate tools. Automation only helps if the team can see what each agent did and stop anything that looks wrong. The product had to make agent work visible and keep every risky decision with a person.

Questions about Product Design

  • What does product design include?

    User flows, wireframes, final screens in Figma, every screen state, a design system and a clickable prototype, plus a handoff call with your engineers. We design with the code in mind, so your team can build what we draw without guessing at the gaps between screens.

  • How fast will I see a first design?

    You get a first concept within 48 hours of kickoff, a revised draft by day 2 to 3. After that we work to the dates in the written scope, and you see the flows on real screens early enough to change direction without losing weeks of work.

  • How many revisions do I get?

    Revision rounds are set in the written scope before we start, so you know up front how many passes each flow gets. If a test with users shows a flow is wrong, we would rather fix it than defend it, and we plan the scope with that in mind.

  • Can you design AI features?

    Yes. We design how the AI answers, what it shows while it works, where the sources appear and what the user sees when it gets something wrong. Those are the moments where people decide whether to trust it, so they get the most design time.

  • Who owns the designs?

    Clients own everything once it's paid for. The Figma files, the design system and the prototype live in your accounts, so your own team and any designer you hire later can keep using and extending them long after our part of the work is finished.

  • Do you work with our engineers?

    Yes. We share designs as we go, join your planning calls when that helps, and finish with a handoff call where your engineers ask every question they have. Specs cover every screen state, so they are not left to fill the gaps on their own.
