Problems we solve

Sound familiar?

Your product may look good, but users still struggle to get things done. We help you find the problems worth fixing before spending more on redesigns.

  • Users struggle to get started

People sign up, explore a few screens, and leave before completing the tasks that make your product useful.

  • Everyday tasks feel harder than they should

Users get lost between screens, repeat steps, or make mistakes while trying to complete important tasks.

  • Your team isn't sure what to fix

Everyone has a different opinion about what's wrong. Without clear evidence, it's difficult to know which improvements should come first.

  • Redesigns aren't solving the problem

You've updated the interface, but users still face the same difficulties. Another redesign won't help without understanding what's going wrong.

Cendara UX Audit: When data tables don't fit smaller screens.

Cendara is a healthcare claims management product we built. We reviewed its live demo, tested important claim workflows, and checked accessibility and responsive behavior. FAQ

Questions about UX Audit

  • Is the UX audit free?

$1,500 is the standard price. Right now 5 companies can get one free; book a call to check a place is open. If you want help with the fixes after that, that work is set in a written scope like any other project, with the screens and the dates named up front.

  • What do you need from us?

A login or a staging link, a short note on the number that will not move, and a call to walk through the findings. We do not need access to your code or your data, only the product as a new user would see it on the first day.

  • Who does the audit?

Designers from the Gr8r team who design and build products every week. 15+ team members, in house & remote. They look at your product the way a stranger would, which is the one view your own team can no longer get.

  • How is this different from a heuristic review?

A heuristic review checks screens against a list of usability rules. Our audit uses those rules too, then adds your goals and the flows that matter most for your numbers, so the findings come in order of what will move them first.

  • Can you fix what you find?

Yes. Fixes are product design work, set in the written scope after the audit. Some teams take the findings to their own designers instead, and that is fine too. The notes are written so anyone can act on them without us in the room.

  • Do you have audit case studies?

We have no UX audit client work to show yet. The audit draws on the product design work we do every week, such as HostOp. 50+ projects shipped across product design, engineering and websites. Each audit note comes with a screenshot, so you can judge the work yourself.
