Build an MVP your first customers can actually use.

We help SaaS and AI founders turn ideas, prototypes, and early products into working software. From product design and engineering to integrations and launch, we build the core features your customers need, then help you improve what happens after they start using it.

What problems we solve

What's holding your product back?

A working demo is a good start. But getting a product into customers' hands takes more than a few screens. We help you solve the technical and product challenges that stand between an idea and a real launch.

  • Our prototype looks great, but customers still can't use it without our help.

  • The core features are built, but the integrations keep breaking and nothing feels reliable.

  • Design and development keep going back and forth. We're spending more time fixing things than moving forward.

  • We keep adding features, but we're still not sure what customers actually need.

    SellerOS · Marketplace operations platform · 2026

Built by Gr8r for its own portfolio. Not client work.

SellerOS: one place to see what needs attention across your marketplaces.

Running a business across multiple marketplaces means keeping track of sales, inventory, shipments, advertising, and profit. Important changes can easily get lost between dashboards.

We designed and built SellerOS to bring these workflows together. Its overview combines performance data, inventory alerts, and an AI briefing so sellers can spot problems and decide what needs attention first.

    LedgerOS · Finance operations platform · 2026

Built by Gr8r for its own portfolio. Not client work.

LedgerOS: AI handles the routine. People stay in control.

Finance teams spend hours tracking invoices, reviewing expenses, managing payments, and checking cash flow. Introducing AI creates another challenge: knowing what the agents are doing and when someone needs to step in.

We designed and built LedgerOS to bring financial workflows and AI agent activity into one workspace. It makes important numbers visible, highlights issues that need attention, and gives people a clear place to review decisions.

Gr8r Task Management · Project management web app · 2026

Built by Gr8r for its own portfolio. Not client work.

One project workspace. Every task, deadline, and priority in view.

When teams manage work across chats, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools, it becomes difficult to know what is moving and what is stuck.

We built a task management workspace that brings projects, tasks, and team activity together. People can move between boards, lists, calendars, and timelines to understand their work. Behind the interface is a modular JavaScript application designed to keep the code organized as the product grows.

How we work

From idea to software real users can use.

We define what matters, design the experience, and build your product in focused stages. You see working progress throughout development, with clear reviews before launch.

Explore Our Process
  1. 01. Discover & Define

    Build the right thing first.

We understand your users, business goals, and technical requirements, then define the essential features and scope for your first release.

  2. 02. Design & Architect

Plan the experience and the technology.

We design the key user journeys, map the data and system architecture, and make sure everything fits together before development moves forward.

  3. 03. Build & Integrate

Turn the plan into working software.

Our engineers build the frontend, backend, APIs, and agreed AI features or integrations. We test each release and share working demos as we go.

  4. 04. Test, Launch & Improve

    Launch with confidence.

We test critical workflows, fix issues, and prepare your product for real users. After launch, we review feedback and hand over the code and documentation.

FAQ

Questions about Product Engineering

  • What is included in an MVP development project?

We build the essential features your first users need to solve a real problem. That includes defining the scope, designing the key workflows, developing the product, testing it, and preparing it for launch. Authentication, payments, integrations, and AI features are included where needed. Everything else goes on a roadmap for later.

  • Can you build on our existing prototype or code?

Yes. Whether you have Figma designs, a working prototype, AI-generated code, or an unfinished application, we start by reviewing what you already have. We'll identify what can be reused, what needs improvement, and what should be rebuilt. The goal is to get you to a reliable product without throwing away good work.

  • How long does it take to build and launch an MVP?

It depends on the product's complexity, features, and integrations. We agree on the scope and delivery timeline before development begins. You'll see progress through regular reviews and working demos, so you can test important workflows and give feedback throughout the project rather than waiting until launch.

  • Do you handle both product design and development?

Yes. Our product designers and engineers work together from planning through launch. We handle user flows, interface design, frontend and backend development, integrations, testing, and deployment as agreed in the project scope. You work with one connected team instead of coordinating separate designers and developers.

  • Who owns the code and product after development?

You do. Once the project is paid for, the agreed custom code, designs, and project files belong to you under the project agreement. We can work in your GitHub repository and deployment accounts, so your team has direct access. Third-party tools and licensed dependencies remain subject to their respective terms.

  • What happens after the product launches?

We help prepare the release, test critical workflows, and hand over the code and documentation. If you need ongoing help, we can agree on post-launch support, maintenance, performance improvements, or additional features. Your product stays under your control, whether you continue working with Gr8r or take development in-house.
