E-commerce and retail

See stock problems before they cost a sale.

For founders, operations leads and marketplace managers selling across several channels. We map how orders, stock, suppliers and shipments move through your tools, then design and build software that shows what needs attention today and drafts the next step, with your team approving every order and transfer.

Workflows we design

  • Daily operations briefing
  • Stock alerts and reorder suggestions
  • Purchase order drafting
  • Shipment delay tracking

The problem

Where e-commerce & retail teams lose time.

  • Data spread across marketplaces

Sales, stock, fees and ad spend sit in separate marketplace dashboards and spreadsheets, so one decision means checking many tabs.

  • Stockouts noticed too late

A best seller runs out before anyone reorders, and the gap shows up in a weekly report after the sales are gone.

  • Reorders based on guesswork

Order quantities come from memory and old spreadsheets, without the sales speed, lead time and stock on the way in one place.

  • Shipment delays found by surprise

A delayed container is spotted in an email thread, and nobody links it to the products it will leave short.

AI-assisted workflows

AI does the busywork. People make the calls.

  • 01

    Daily operations briefing

Each morning, sales, stock and shipment data from every channel are summarised into a short list of the issues worth a look, each with the numbers behind it.

A person decides: An operations lead decides which issues to act on today and which can wait.

  • 02

    Stock alerts and reorder suggestions

Products at risk of running out are flagged with their sales speed, days of cover and supplier lead time, and a suggested order quantity with how it was worked out.

A person decides: A buyer checks the evidence and decides whether to reorder, transfer stock or leave it.

  • 03

    Purchase order drafting

From an approved alert, a purchase order is drafted with the supplier, quantity, cost and a note explaining the amount, ready to review.

A person decides: A buyer edits the order, agrees terms with the supplier and decides when to send it.

  • 04

    Shipment delay tracking

Inbound shipments are watched for delays, and each late shipment is linked to the products and stock levels it puts at risk.

A person decides: The operations team decides how to cover the gap and what to tell customers.

Our approach

How we start.

  1. 1Start with the decision that costs you most when it goes wrong, such as reordering or stock transfers.
  2. 2Connect to the marketplaces, store and spreadsheets you already use, where their access allows.
  3. 3Show the evidence behind every alert and suggestion, so the team can check it before acting.
  4. 4Keep orders, transfers and supplier messages as drafts until a person approves them.
  5. 5Pilot on a small group of products, compare the results with how you work today, then expand.

FAQ

Questions

  • Can you connect to our marketplaces and store?

Often, yes, through each platform's API or exports. What each marketplace allows varies, so discovery confirms the connections before we promise any integration.

  • Will the system place orders with suppliers on its own?

Not unless you decide it should. By default, purchase orders and stock transfers are drafted for a person to review, edit and send.

  • How accurate are the demand forecasts?

That depends on your sales history and how stable demand is. We show how each forecast was worked out and test it against your past data before anyone relies on it.

  • What does a project cost?

Projects start at $8,000 and are priced after scoping. Discovery usually runs 2 to 4 weeks and costs $8K to $15K, and ends with a clear plan and estimate for the build.
