The problem
Where logistics teams lose time.
Documents typed in twice
Bills of lading, invoices, packing lists and customs papers arrive as PDFs and photos, and someone re-keys them into the TMS or ERP.
Exceptions found too late
Delays, missing paperwork and mismatched quantities surface in a phone call or an email thread, often after the customer has noticed.
Invoices that do not match
Carrier invoices are checked against rates, orders and delivery records by hand, so overcharges and disputes slip through or take days.
Disconnected tools
Dispatch, warehouse, finance and customer updates sit in separate systems, and the team spends its day copying status between them.
AI-assisted workflows
AI does the busywork. People make the calls.
- 01
Freight document intake
Shipping documents are read on arrival, key fields are extracted and checked against the shipment record, and anything inconsistent goes to a discrepancy queue.
A person decides: An operator corrects any field the system is unsure about and approves the record before it enters the TMS.
- 02
Dispatch exception handling
Late pickups, missed scans and failed deliveries are detected from your data, grouped by cause and turned into a prioritised exception list with suggested next steps.
A person decides: A dispatcher decides how to recover each shipment and what to tell the customer.
- 03
Carrier invoice matching
Each invoice is matched against agreed rates, orders and proof of delivery. Clean matches are prepared for approval; differences are explained line by line.
A person decides: Finance approves payment and decides which disputes to raise with the carrier.
- 04
Customer status updates
Shipment updates and delay notices are drafted from live status data in a consistent tone, ready to send through your existing channels.
A person decides: The account team reviews sensitive messages, such as claims or long delays, before they go out.
Our approach
How we start.
- 1Map the real document and exception flow across your TMS, ERP, email and spreadsheets.
- 2Connect to the systems you already use instead of adding another tool to check.
- 3Send uncertain extractions and every exception to a review queue, never straight into records.
- 4Keep an audit trail of what was extracted, changed and approved, and by whom.
- 5Pilot on one lane, customer or document type, measure review time and errors, then expand.

FAQ
Questions
Reading our answers…
Can you work with our existing TMS or ERP?
Usually, yes. We connect through APIs, exports or email where possible. Discovery confirms what your systems allow before we promise any integration.
What happens when the AI reads a document wrongly?
Low-confidence fields are flagged for an operator to check, and nothing is written to your records until a person approves it. Corrections are logged so we can improve accuracy over time.
Do you handle customs decisions?
No. We can extract and organise customs documents, but classification and compliance decisions stay with your licensed team or broker.
What does a project cost?
Projects start at $8,000 and are priced after scoping. Discovery usually runs 2 to 4 weeks and costs $8K to $15K, and ends with a workflow map, a plan and an estimate.
