The problem

## Make supplier approval easy to follow.

Procurement, legal and finance each review a new supplier, while the supplier sends documents and answers questions. A missing certificate or an open clarification can hold everything up without anyone noticing. The product had to show what is blocking each supplier, who owns the next step, and what expires soon.

The product

## Every supplier, every review, one status.

Four parts of the product carry most of the work. Each shows the status first and the next action beside it.

1. Reviews
### A review you can decide on
Each review lists its items with the uploaded file, then lets you approve, ask for clarification or reject. Other teams' reviews show alongside.
2. Documents
### Every document in one list
All documents across suppliers, filtered by missing, under review, expiring soon or expired, with who reviewed each one.
3. Renewals
### Expiry, seen in advance
Approved documents with an expiry date, sorted by when they lapse, with a reminder or review action on each row.
4. Supplier portal
### The supplier's side
Suppliers sign in to a portal that shows how complete their onboarding is and which items are still open.

Engineering

## Fast to move around, clear about who can do what.

Veluno is a single-page React app. The demo signs in as one of six roles, from a workspace admin to legal and finance reviewers and a supplier, and each sees its own queue or portal. Lists share search, status filters and export, and a command palette reaches the main actions from anywhere.
