# Cendara: every denied claim worked through to a resolution.

Denials, rejections, documents, appeals and payer replies in one workspace, where each claim shows its stage, its deadline and the next thing to do.

The problem

## Keep every denial moving before its deadline.

A billing team works denied and rejected claims for several practices, each with its own payer, reason and appeal deadline. The missing documents, the appeal draft and the supervisor sign-off tend to live in different places. The product had to show which claim needs action first, what is missing, and who has it now.

- 1Each payer denies for different reasons
- 2Missing documents stall claims until a deadline passes
- 3Appeals need a second pair of eyes before they go out

Where the day starts: what is due, what is overdue and the claims to work first.

Each claim says why it was denied, what is still missing and what to do next.

The workflow

## From denial to recorded outcome, one stage at a time.

1. 1
Triage
Denials arrive in a queue sorted by what needs action first.
2. 2
Collect
Request the missing documents and check each one before it is used.
3. 3
Appeal
Build the packet and send it to a supervisor to approve.
4. 4
Resolve
Track the payer's reply and record what was recovered.

The product

## Built around the claim, not the paperwork.

Four screens carry most of the work. Each keeps the claim, its deadline and its owner in view.

1. Claims
### One page per claim
Payer, amount, deadline and owner at the top, a seven-stage tracker below, and a next-action card that lists what is still required.
2. Documents
### Check a file before it is used
Missing, requested and uploaded documents in one list, with a preview and buttons to mark a file ready, incomplete or rejected.
3. Review
### A supervisor signs off
The supervisor sees the claim, the packet completeness and the appeal rationale, then approves, requests changes or returns it.
4. Reports
### How the work is flowing
Denials received against resolved, days to resolve, open claims by stage and denials by reason, over four, eight or twelve weeks.

Engineering

## Fast to move through, clear about who can do what.

Cendara is a single-page React app that loads each section's code as you open it. A command palette searches claims, patients, payers, documents and people, and J and K step through a queue claim by claim. Demo accounts sign in as a billing specialist, a supervisor or an administrator, and each sees the actions their role allows. A read-only audit history records every change.

- Command palette (Ctrl K)
- J / K to step through claims
- Role-based demo accounts
- Light, dark and system themes

1. Find: queues by stage, filters by payer and reason
2. Jump: search everything from the keyboard
3. Track: every appeal packet and its reviewer

Outcomes

## Designed for billing teams racing payer deadlines.

What the product demonstrably does. Measured business results will be added only with evidence and approval.

- ### The next action on every claim
Each claim shows its stage, what is missing and what to do next.
- ### Appeals checked before they go
Packets lock while a supervisor reviews them and come back if changes are needed.
- ### A record of every change
Imports, payer replies and every person's action land in a read-only audit history.
