Working with us

## What working with our Rangpur studio looks like.

- 01
### Hours that overlap with yours
Bangladesh is 5 to 6 hours ahead of the UK. We plan shared hours for calls with UK and European clients, and agree overlap with other time zones at the start.
- 02
### Work moves while you are offline
Design and engineering continue after your day ends, and you start the next morning with a written update and clear questions.
- 03
### One team across two studios
Designers and engineers in Rangpur work in the same decisions as the London studio, with one accountable lead and one shared process.
- 04
### Clear, written communication
Every review ends with notes, decisions and next steps in writing, so nothing depends on who was on the call.

Our other studio
