Working with us

## What working with our London studio looks like.

- 01
### Your working hours
Calls, workshops and reviews are scheduled in UK time, so decisions happen during your day rather than overnight.
- 02
### Meetings that fit how you work
Most meetings run on video with a shared agenda and written notes afterwards. Visits can be discussed when a project needs them.
- 03
### One team across two studios
London and Rangpur are not separate agencies. Strategy, design and engineering sit in one team, with one delivery lead accountable for your project.
- 04
### Progress you can see
Work moves forward across both time zones, and you get a clear written update on what changed and what needs your decision.

Our other studio

## Rangpur, Bangladesh

Rangpur is where much of Gr8r's design and engineering happens. It works as one team with London, so clients get the same people, the same process and the same delivery lead wherever they are.

FAQ

## Questions

Ask anything else

Reading our answers…

- Can we meet in person in London?
We can discuss it when a project benefits from it, such as a discovery workshop. Most day-to-day work runs on video calls with written notes.
- Will we work with a different team than the Rangpur studio?
No. Gr8r is one team across both studios. The people on your first call are the people who do the work.
- How do projects start?
With a free 30-minute call about your problem. If there is a fit, we usually begin with a 2 to 4 week discovery engagement costing $8K to $15K.

Pick a time that suits you. A product idea or a workflow that slows your team down: a clear problem is enough, no full specification needed.
