- Do you use Claude yourselves?
Yes. Claude is part of our design and build toolkit, and the assistant on our own website calls the Claude API from a server route.
- Can the AI act without a person checking?
Only for low-risk, reversible steps you approve in advance. Anything that sends messages, moves money or changes important records waits for human review.
- Are you tied to one model provider?
No. We design features so the model can be swapped or switched off without rebuilding the product, and we choose models per task.
