Incoming invoices are matched against purchase orders and payments, possible duplicates are held, and reminders for late receivables are drafted from your aging data.
A person decides: The finance team reviews held invoices and decides how to handle accounts that stay late.

Payments above your approval limit wait in one queue, each showing the purchase order or schedule it matches and anything that does not line up.
A person decides: An approver releases, holds or questions each payment. Nothing above the limit is paid without a person.

Outgoing payments are scored for risk signals, such as changed bank details, unusual amounts or off-hours submissions, and held with the reasons shown.

Only within limits your team sets. Anything above the approval limit, or flagged as risky, waits for a person, and every agent can be paused at any time.
- Can you work with our accounting system and bank?
Usually, through their APIs or exports. Discovery confirms what your systems allow and what access is appropriate before we promise any integration.
- How do you handle financial data and audit needs?
We agree data access, storage and retention with you before any build. Access follows your permissions, every action is logged, and we test with synthetic or approved data first.
